Whether you are hosting the whole family or looking for a convenient holiday solution in Western NY, this dinner provides a gourmet, traditional experience with zero prep work.

From our expertly seasoned spiral ham to the iconic Malczewski Butter Lamb—a beloved Buffalo Easter tradition—every component is chef-prepared and ready to be the centerpiece of your holiday table.

What’s Included in Your Easter Feast

• The Centerpiece: 9-11 lb Spiral Sliced Ham. Expertly cooked, tender, and flavorful, our ham is spiral-sliced for effortless serving and seasoned with a signature blend of sweet and savory spices.

• White Cheddar Macaroni & Cheese. We’ve elevated this classic with al dente cavatappi pasta smothered in a velvety sauce made from 9-month-aged sharp white cheddar.

• Scalloped Potatoes. Thinly sliced select potatoes bathed in a smooth, savory white sauce and finished with a touch of fresh chives for elegance and flavor.

• Green Bean Casserole. A family favorite featuring tender green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce, topped with that essential golden layer of crispy fried onions.

Easy Reheating Instructions

Every Easter Dinner includes a printed guide to ensure your meal is served at the perfect temperature.

• Spiral Ham: Preheat oven to 325°F. Place ham in a baking dish with a small amount of water or broth. Cover tightly with foil and heat for approximately 10-15 minutes per pound, or until warmed through.

• Green Bean Casserole, Macaroni & Cheese, and Scalloped Potatoes: Preheat oven to 350°F. These items can remain in their provided containers (if oven-safe) or be transferred to oven-safe dishes. Cover with foil and heat for 15-20 minutes, or until the center is steaming and the edges are bubbly.

• Dinner Rolls: Wrap in foil and warm in a preheated oven at 300°F for 5-10 minutes.

• Pies & Cheesecakes: Pies can be served at room temperature; cheesecakes should remain chilled until serving.

• Butter Lamb: Serve chilled.

Important Policy: Because this is a special, time-sensitive holiday event, all Easter Dinner sales are final. This order is fully pre-paid and non-refundable. Due to the specialized nature of our holiday production and the procurement of seasonal items like the Malczewski Butter Lamb, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds once the order is placed.
