• 1 box Ferrara Manicotti (8 oz)
  • 1 lb Ricotta Cheese
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
  • Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley, to taste
  • 3 cups Cento All Purpose Pasta Sauce


Preheat oven to 350F and cook pasta according to package instructions. While pasta cooks, mix together cheese, egg, salt, pepper and parsley in a medium bowl. Coat bottom of baking dish or pan with 1 cup pasta sauce and set aside. Using a teaspoon, carefully stuff manicotti then place in baking dish on top of sauce. After filling all manicotti, generously cover with remaining sauce, cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Serves 4-6
